He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Marge" Carver Smoluk; his children, Christina Smoluk and Lyndi Butler (Matt); his grandchildren, Kurt Hawkins, Jr., Michael Smoluk, Kalihea Wesley, Tahzea Wesley and Tracey Wright; and his great grandchildren, Tashay, Ryder, Evanis, Aurora and Honestly.
