He was predeceased by: his sister Mildred Shaffer. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Ford; his children, Ronald J. Ford and Laurie Taraborrelli; his grandchildren, Nicholas J., Erik A. Taraborrelli, Victoria and Jessica C. Ford; and his great grandchildren, Violet and Nolan Taraborrelli.

In lieu of flowers and cards, contributions in Ronald's name may be made to Canine Partners for life.
