She was predeceased by: her parents, James Blair and Jessie Blair (Holburn); and her children, Stephen DeCaro and Sandra Hilferty. She is survived by: her spouse Domnick Totaro; her children, Michelle Phyllis DeCaro and Dana Shaffer (Brian); and her grandchildren, Diana DeCaro, Melissa Billingsley, Phillip Hiferty, Mathew Shaffer and Jillian Shaffer.

Due to the current pandemic and restrictions on public gatherings, funeral services will be private for the immediate family.
