He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hetzel and Dorothy Buck Hetzel; and his siblings, Barbara Ann DellaVecchia, Jean Koterba and Louis Symogji.
He is survived by: his spouse Marion; his children, Edward Vollmer (Silvana) and Kristina Smith; his grandchildren, Zachary Smith, Caroline Vollmer and Natalie Vollmer; and his son-in-law Frank Smith.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. John Chrysostom Catholic Church (615 S Providence Rd, Wallingford, PA 19086). A Mass was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
