He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo B. and Pauline McCarthy, Sr.. He is survived by: his child Jennifer Prichard; and his siblings, Carol A. McCarthy, Kathleen M. McCreesh, Leo B. McCarthy, Jr. (Dorothy) and Christopher J. McCarthy (Denise). He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
