He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Molyneux and Janet C. Molyneux (Sharman). He is survived by: his wife Carol Molyneux (Uhland); his sons, David Molyneux (Alex) of New York and Andrew Molyneux (Wanna) of Thailand; and his grandchildren, Lena, Evan and Dylan Molyneux.
