He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Sr. McGlinchey and Mae T. McGlinchey; and his children, John E. McGlinchey, III and Emily S. McGlinchey. He is survived by: his wife Marsha A.; his daughters, Sarah M. Aronson (Yaniv) of Conshohocken and Molly P. Hampson (Brian) of Media; and his grandchildren, Gregory Hampson, Preston Hampson and Thomas Aronson. He is also survived by grandson on the way; and his brothers, sisters, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 9:15 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary (30 E Franklin St, Media, PA 19063). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Nativity BVM Church (30 E Franklin St, Media, PA 19063). A burial will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Peter & Paul Cemetery (1600 Sproul Rd, Broomall, PA 19008).
