He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Hoban; and his daughter Shanda Gomer. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Hoban (Walsh); his children, George Hoban Jr. (Teresa), Courtney Moran and Joe Hoban; his grandchildren, Emma, Alyssa, Brittany, Francesca, Samantha, Terry, Kailyn, Abby, Zachary, Justin, Tyler and Devin; his son-in-law Andrew L. Gomer; his sister-in-law Marie Hoban; his brother Ed; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Walsh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
