She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Fox and Dorothy Fox; her siblings, Janet Fox Elmore (David Elmore) and Philip Fox; her former spouse Gene Hoffnagle; and her close friend Charles Coohill.
In recent years, Flavia's health began to decline, particularly during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Food Finders in Flavia's memory.
