It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn O'Neill (Swarthmore, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 27, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Forrest R. Shaub and Jean Shaub; her children, Susan O'Neill, Sean O'Neill, Kimberly Dolan (Brian), Kevin O'Neill (Donna), Timothy O'Neill (Sarah), Tommy O'Neill (Audra) and Billy O'Neill (Kristin); her grandchildren, Zac, Timmy, Becca, Jimmy, Matt, Joey, Kelly, Katie, Molly, Jack and Amelia; and her siblings, Linda Cass, Sandy Burrichter and Laurie Callan.
