Barbara L. Calkins Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2020, at the age of 90, Barbara L. Calkins of Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara L. Calkins to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Wildey Lukens and Robin Breuninger Lukens; her husband James R. Calkins; her children, Robin C. Hipple (James) of Oakford, PA, Thomas R. Calkins (Suzanne) of Goffstown, NH and Charles H. Calkins (Hyun-Young Park) of East Longmeadow, MA; her grandchildren, Benjamin R. Hipple, Christopher J. Hipple (Ida Li), Samuel J. Calkins, Olivia Park Calkins and Anna Park Calkins; her niece Debra Egloff; her sister Anne L. Egloff; and her nephew James C. Egloff.
Due to the pandemic, a private memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 19 in the Memorial Garden at the Swarthmore Presbyterian Church, with interment there to follow.
