He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Toth and Augusta "Sue" Fabrizio (Farlow); and his brother James Toth. He is survived by: his close friend Merilee "Mel" McNerney; his daughters, Lisa Childers and Janet Baker (Chris); his grandchildren, Jessica McLaughlin (Art), Valerie Childers, Melissa Bailey, Nicholas Childers and Steven Havens (Caroline); his great grandchildren, Austin McLaughlin, Cashlin Harbour, Savannah Hoffer and River Havens; and his sister Margaret McKee.
