He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chopp, and Barbara Chopp, Sr. (Lesso); his former wife Elizabeth "Betty" Chopp (Taylor); his wife Margaret "Peg" Chopp (Massung); his children, Andy Chopp, Pamela Chopp, Wayne DeClaudio and Kathy Lubinsky; his sons-in-law, Cecil Jarmon and Roger Martz; and his siblings, John Chopp, Anna Huss, Mary Skutt, Irene Rozak, Joseph Chopp, George "Sarge" Chopp, Pauline Kezmah, Evelyn Chopp and Steve Chopp.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Jarmon, Rita Pruni (Mike), Coleen Martz, Terry Chopp (Rebecca) and Brian DeClaudio (Deborah); and his children-in-law, Paula DeClaudio and John Lubinsky. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
