It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian C. Westbrook of Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Carpenter and Helen Carpenter; her husband Harold Westbrook; her daughter Cindy Westbrook; and her siblings, Betty DiLuzio, Jimmy Carpenter and Gwen McKee.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Westbrook, Jeff and Colleen Westbrook; her grandchildren, Kristen Cina, Shawn Bedford, Ashley Westbrook, Alan Carpenter, Cody Westbrook, Dominique, Todd Brenchley, Gabrielle Cina and Kyle Donovan; her great grandchildren, Maddox Cina, Lyla Carpenter, Bryce Carpenter, Paisley Carpenter, Lincoln Donovan and Gracelyn Donovan; and her siblings, Larry Carpenter, Terry (Gloria Carpenter), Kenny (Dolores Carpenter), Roger (Vickie Carpenter), Shelby Carpenter and Janice (Joe Convertino). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
