He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Cook and Howard Cook; his wife Diana; his brother Mark; his children, Amanda and Kyle; and his daughter-in-law Anne.
He is survived by: his brothers, Dennis (Linda) and Tim (Judy); his siblings-in-law, Steve, Mary Jo Glover and Mary Mapes; and his grandchildren, Owen and Kate. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and special friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hennessey's Funeral Home (747 Jackson Ave, Susquehanna, PA 18847). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
