She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Lee and Doris Hurlburt; her brothers, John Tadlock, Richard Tadlock and Robert Testa; her daughter Rene Fisk; and her great grandchild Christopher.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ronald Lee (Lillian) and Shirley Travis; her children, Randy May and Robyn Welch; her grandchildren, Jason Welch, Josh Fisk, Jessica Welch, Eric Fisk, Zachary Stark, Anthony Stark, Emily Stark and Ashley Fisk; and her great grandchildren, Carter, Aubrey, Brayden, Eric Jr., Hadley, Ella and Gemma.
