He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dibble and Stella Dibble. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Amie Jo Testa (Ron), Leonard Scott Dibble and William Paul Dibble (Candice); his grandchildren, William Paul Jr., Sierra and Colton; and his siblings, Susan Mauriano (Clark), Rose Greene (Jerry), Barbara Carvin (Mark) and Robert Dibble (Marty). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Raymond "Scott" Dibble, 67, a life long resident of Susquehanna, PA was called home to be with the Lord on August 14, 2020, after a brief non COVID related illness.
