She is survived by: her parent Anna Cizike (Harcovitch); her siblings, John, Michael, George, Andrew, Delores Cizike, Anna Strenecky, Mary Martine, Eleanor Schindler, Lillian Plonski and Helen Rorer; her daughter Lenore; her grandchildren, Sue Passetti, David, Laurie Passetti, Michael, Kim Keyes and Stephanie Rehberg; her great grandchild Trevor Passetti; her wife Allison; her son Albert Holzman Jr.; her grandchildren, Erik Holzman, Ashley, Tony Mathews, Amber Holzman and Cavender Neutze; and her sisters-in-law, Emma Holzman Klees, Betty Perry Robinson and Kathleen Perry.
