She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McClean and Irene S. Galloway (Melcher); her husband John Henry Tobias; and her brother Edgar Galloway. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Minnick and Scott Tobias (Renee); her grandsons, Derek Minnick (Angela) and Dylan Minnick (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Taylor, Noelle and Everly Minnick; and her siblings, Audrey Hammaker, Leoda Galloway and Donald Galloway (Lynn). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Penbrook Church of God.
