It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Elaine Tilley of Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, born in Denver, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 3, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul D. Sweigart and Bernice A. Sweigart (Fry); and her siblings, Melvin E. Sweigart and Joann A. Sweigart. She is survived by: her siblings, Daniel L. Sweigart (Sandra Sweigart) of Sinking Spring, William R. Sweigart of Denver and Edith M. Sweigart (Stephen Sweigart) of Ephrata; her husband Ronald Bruce Tilley; her children, Bruce A. Tilley (Luis Mora) of Milwaukee, Steven R. Tilley (Linda Tilley) of Palmyra and Diane J. Stuckey; and her family Ronald Bruce Tilley II (Julia Tilley).
