He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay R. Coy, Sr. and Florence Nicholson Brounty; and his brother Ray A. Coy. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; and his son Scott Coy of Camp Hill. He is also survived by 2 granddaughters and a great grandson.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
