He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Shofkom and Laura Shofkom; his wife Yvonne Shofkom (Arnold); his son Ken Shofkom; his granddaughter Lisa Hubbard; and his sisters, Anita Criddle, Delores Hafele, Joyce Early and Cordia Conklin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol (Dave Weymouth), Patty (Brad Hubbard) and Nancy (Henry Davidson). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
