He is survived by: his wife Marie Butts (Wayman); and his children, Sheri Wayman (Russell), Harold Smith Jr. (Kendra Ososki), Rachel Smith (Carlos Williams), Keith Smith (Brandi Edwards), Amanda, Randy Bishop Jr., Geraldine, Thomas, Ruth Butts, Jeff and Mary Butts. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
