She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Cook and Clara Cook; and her brother Larry Cook. She is survived by: her son Michael; her granddaughters, Jamie Cook (Joe) and April (Andrew Demianovich); her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Harper and Gentry; and her brothers, Richard, Leon, Pat, Clair and Shirley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
