She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alvie Earl Balsbaugh, Sr. and Ruth Balsbaugh (Parthemore); her husband William Frederick Rittner; and her siblings, Hilda Fry (Balsbaugh), James Balsbaugh and Robert Balsbaugh. She was also cherished by six godchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
