He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Kauffman and Emma Kauffman (Fisher); his wife Judith Ann Enders; and his daughter Heather L. Hetrick. He is survived by: his sons, Gregory A. Kauffman of Watsontown and Jeffrey T. (Teresa A. Kauffman); his grandchildren, Tonya, Taylor, Tyler, Jeffrey, Joshua, Brandon and Brianne; his great grandchildren, Bianca, Bryce, Brianna, Melody, Aubrey, Logan, Ryan, Lanie, Maivery and Barrett; his sister Karen; and his brother-in-law Tom Burkett.
