McCartney; his children, Zachary Leitzel (Christina King) of Portland, OR and Heather; his son-in-law Jason Foust of Sunbury; his grandchildren, Brayden, Ruby, Brynn, Harper and Till; and his siblings, Michael Leitzel of Northumberland and Mimi Arcuri of Freeburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
