He is survived by: his wife Lisa J. Weir; his children, Roy C. Swigart Jr. (Carla) of Grantville, Alex C. Swigart (Kristi) of Sunbury, Alicia M. Swigart of Turbotville and Felicia M. Swigart (James Herb) of Selinsgrove; his grandchildren, Connor, Cyren, Bennett, Aliyah and Axel; and his siblings, Ray, Rick, PAul, Norma, Sue, Penny and Michelle. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
