It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Marie Wheeland of Sunbury, Pennsylvania, born in Freeland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 9, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocco Bellezza and Elizabeth Bellezza (McBrairty); and her husband Seth Palmer Wheeland. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Cleo Wheeland Rushen; her son-in-law Steven Frank Rushen; her sister Geraldine Gordon (Bellezza); and her nieces and nephews, Susan Stein (Alan), Elizabeth Ann Gordon, Gail Moreno, Susie Loft (Stan), Mary Bushey (Chess), Chris Wheeland (Sue) and Terry Wheeland (Deborah).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Monica Catholic Church, 109 Market St., Sunbury, PA 17801.
