He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith (Brown); his daughters, Deb Smith, Tammie Mowry and Tina Lewis (Bill); his grandchildren, David, Becky Mowry, Colton Mowry, Randy, Mathew Richter and April McFern; his great grandchildren, MaKayla, Dawson, Randy, Mason and Teagan; and his siblings, Diane (Bob McNaulty), Joan Zimmerman, Terry (Maureen Smith) and Lori Smith (Catalina).
