She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry L. and Mary C. Delbaugh (Shipe); her husband Richard A. Willard; and her siblings, Paul Delbaugh and Ella Mae Schiefer.
She is survived by: her children, Steve A. Willard (Candy), Scott E. Willard and Jenifer A. Willard-Miller (Karen); her granddaughters, Katie, Lauren and Mya; her great grandchildren, Lila, Emily, Lucy and Mason; her brother Robert Delbaugh (Nicole); and her brother-in-law Charlie Schiefer.
