He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Carter and Margaret Carter; his daughter Crystal Snyder; and his brothers, Donavan, James and Robert Carter.
He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Carter; his children, Nathan Carter II (Laurie) and Heather Pescht (Lutz); his stepchildren, Kathy Adams (Mark), Diane Morgan (Dennis) and Robert Cook; and his sisters, Nancy Louis (Bob), Gernilee Carter and Susan Carter. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Emmanuel Bible Fellowship Church (967 Mile Hill Rd, Sunbury, PA 17801). A burial was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at the Pomfret Manor Cemetery (900 Packer St, Sunbury, PA 17801).
