He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Robert Sr. and Betty Lou Kratzer (Teats); and his siblings, Robert Kratzer Jr. and Gail Bollinger. He is survived by: his wife Nancy K. Engle; and his sisters, Melissa Durborow of Harrisburg and Georgiann Stroup of Richfield. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blank Funeral Home (395 State St, Sunbury, PA 17801). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
