He is survived by: his wife Diane M. Kerstetter; his children, Diane M. (Patrick Hess), Jeannette E. Costa, Dr. Louis E. (Sandra Costa) and Joseph B. (Alyssa Costa); his daughter-in-law Kari Costa; and his sisters, Paulette Bratspir and Alberta Norton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
