He was predeceased by: his parents, James Garman and Grace Garman; and his brother Nevin Garman. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Garman (Watson); his children, Angela Garman of Jacksonville, Fla. and Greg Garman of Sunbury; and his grandchildren, Colin and Lauren Randles.
