He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth E. Sponsler; and also Diane L. Sponsler. He is survived by: his mother K. Joan "Ann" Sponsler (Diehl) of Everett; his wife Karen L. Sponsler (Bimeal); his children, Dustin E. Sponsler (Lori) of Clearville, PA and Casey J. Sponsler of Everett, PA; and his grandchildren, Layne, Brooke, Bridget, Faith, Kaiden, Hunter, Alaina, Brodie and RaeLynn.

If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Greg Sponsler to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
