He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Scott and Myrtle Agnes Campbell (Wolfe); his stepsister Irene Stark; and his siblings-in-law, Russell and Amy Klock.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Klock; his sons, Michael of Sunbury and Stephen (Kimberly) of Selinsgrove; his grandchildren, Nathan (Dorothyann) of Sunbury and Megan of Selinsgrove; his brother Cloyd Campbell; his half-sister Celeste Campbell; his stepbrother Darvin Renn; and his brother-in-law Larry Klock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
