She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry "Happy" and Florence Temple (Doty); her husband Theodore R. Conrad, Jr.; and her siblings, Sam Temple and Josie Doebler.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Sandra L. Conrad of Shamokin Dam; her daughters, Heidi L. Conrad (Ryan M. Scheller Sr.) of Sunbury and Valerie E. (Joseph A. Wesloskie Jr.); and her grandchildren, Kayleb, Abigail, Tobias Shirk, Ryan Scheller, Jr., Kelsea Brown (Christopher), Hunter, Hayden Wesloskie, Timena Renn (Dale), Christina Artley (Heath), Nicole and Tristan Conrad. She is also survived by her three children, one son.
