She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter O. West and Sarah A. West (Eckert) of Mooresburg Pa; her husband Sgt. Albert G. Chervanik; her son Albert W. Chervanik; her grandsons, Christopher Staffaroni and Ezra Chervanik; and her siblings, May Hackenburg (Murray), Marge Chappell, William, Charles, George, Donald, Walter, Robert, Dale and Raymond.
She is survived by: her close friends, Nancy, Pat, Marge, Joy and Saundra; her daughters, Mary Ann Chervanik and Karen L. Kremer (Jeffry); her daughter-in-law Melanie Attinger Chervanik; her granddaughters, Sydney P. Chervanik (Kayin Herb) of Bloomsburg and Marissa L. Hoffman Teisher (Joseph) of Sunbury; her great grandchildren, Carter and Mila Teisher of Sunbury; her sister Dorothy Jean Roup (George); and her pet Tiger Lilley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
