He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Hollabaugh and Catherine Hollabaugh (Spickard); his wife Brenda Hollabaugh (Anderson) of Arkansas; his son Daniel L. Hollabaugh; and his siblings, William "Bill" of Judsonia, Paul Hollabaugh of Sunbury and Brenda Hollabaugh of Danville.
He is survived by: his former wife Christine M. Hollabaugh (Kuczynski) of Beaver Valley; his sons, Kevin Guffey of Danville, David W. Hollabaugh Jr. (Matthew W. Strauser) of Sunbury and Charles C. Hollabaugh of Northumberland; his grandson Sebastian Hollabaugh (Sunshine); his great grandchild Emmett Hollabaugh; his stepdaughter Kim Mullin; and his siblings, Jeff Hollabaugh, Terry Hollabaugh, Donna Warren, Deb Focht and Clara Beitz.
