She was predeceased by: her brother Phillip Fetzko (Jean). She is survived by: her husband John; her sons, John Jr. (Valerie) and Jeffrey (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Cooper, Nicholas and Sarah; her goddaughters, Barbara Jude Jayman and Mary Ellen Fetzko; her siblings, Mary Anne Jayman (John), Thomas and Edward (Mary Lou); and also, Thomas P. and Mary M. Fetzko (Bednarczyk). She is also survived by her husband, sons and grandchildren, Barbara is survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara's memory to the Greater Susquehanna Valley YMCA, where she participated in her love of swimming for many happy years and helped her sons learn to swim.
