She is survived by: her husband Edward C. Zemencik; her son Rev. Curtis Zemencik (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Heather, Joseph, Hollie (Austin), Jericho, Rose, Jason (Brittany) and Jessica; and her great grandchildren, Kaylin and Alexys.
