William J. Polakovich Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Polakovich of Summit Hill, Pennsylvania, born in Coaldale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 11, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Nicolene "Nicky" Polakovich (Bocchichio); and his parents, Joseph M. Polakovich and Clara E. Polakovich (Sommers). He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Karen "Candy" Smith and Melissa Hacker; his niece Jane Cavanaugh (Jerry); his great-nieces, Sarah and Molly; his nephew Matthew Hacker (Serena); his great-nephew Blake; his nephew Christopher Hacker; and his aunt Eva Sommers. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
