He is survived by: his wife Joan Gallagher (Pascoe); his son Thomas Gallagher (Cindy) of Summit Hill; his brother Charles Gallagher (Carol) of Lansford; his grandchildren, Tom Gallagher, Colleen Gallagher and Jessica Kupec (Peter); and his great grandchildren, Kendra Kupec and Connor Kupec.
