She was predeceased by: her husband Lyle K. Mantz Sr.; her parents, John T. Evans and Ruth Evans (Valentine); her son Lee Mantz; and her brother John Trev Evans.

She is survived by: her son Lyle K. Mantz II (Andrea) of Summit Hill; her grandchildren, Beth, Cristyn, Lyle, Rebecca and Kassandra; and her daughter-in-law Renee Terry.

In Lieu of flowers, contributions in Mary Ann's memory may be made to the Summit Hill Heritage Center.
