We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2023, at the age of 96, John S. Polak (Summit Hill, Pennsylvania), born in Coaldale, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen; his parents, Stephen Polak and Anna Polak (Vargovich); and his siblings, Joe, Steve, Mary Pavlovich and Anna Skyrca.

He is survived by: his children, John S. Polak of Sellersville, Daniel S. Polak of Summit Hill and Nancy L. Sanchez (William A.) of Naples, FL; his grandsons, Logan J. and Justin D. Polak; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Polak of Allentown and Anne Marie Riepensell of Allentown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
