He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley "Tiny" Maholick and Kathryn Maholick (Weizorek); his brother Stanley Maholick; and his brother-in-law John Mettler. He is survived by: his wife Diane Michalik; his children, Jaja, Drew, Nicole Michalik of Philadelphia and Andrew Michalik (Amber) of Jim Thorpe; his granddaughter Drew Michalik; his siblings, Anthony Maholick (Jeanne) of Bethlehem and Mary Helen Shelton (Phil) of Summit Hill; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Mettler and Rich Gibson.
