He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Evanek and Catherine Evanek (Rabada); and his brother John M. Evanek. He is survived by: his cousins, Donna Robatta of Lansford, Diane Stricek of Binghamton, N. Y., Christine Priggins of Lansford and Judith Wechter of Ephrata.
