He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Breiner and Sandra Breiner (Kopack) of Lansford; his grandparents, Tony, Mae Kopack, Clement and Adella Breiner; his brothers, Jay Breiner and Jamie Breiner; and his nephew Andrew Breiner.

He is survived by: his brother Steven Breiner (Lorraine Wing) of Jim Thorpe; and his nephews, Josh Breiner (Danielle) of Lansford and Tristen Breiner of Berwick.
