With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brian Keith Blackwell of Summit Hill, Pennsylvania, born in Neptune, New Jersey, who passed away on April 8, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Michael DiArchangel; and his father-in-law Frank Heslin. He is survived by: his parents, Charles E. Blackwell Jr. and Carol Blackwell; his siblings, Charles Blackwell III (Meredith) of Bayville, NJ, Thomas Blackwell (Marcia) of Long Branch, NJ and Stacy DiArchangel of Manalapan, NJ; his nephews, Charles Blackwell IV (Ashley) and Michael G. DiArchangel; his great-nieces, Elizabeth and Scarlett Blackwell; his mother-in-law Barbara Heslin; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Heslin (Donna), Lori Beyer (Joe) and Steven Heslin.
